This role is based at our Headquarter in Ejby (close to Køge) in Denmark.
This is a practical and coordination-heavy role. You will help deliver trade shows, conferences, branded materials, social media scheduling and production workflows while ensuring that Scantox presents itself professionally and consistently.

- Produce and adapt brand assets, templates and collateral within established brand guidelines and approved design systems.
- Maintain the central library of brand assets, templates and event materials, including version control and stock management at Ejby.
- Support social media scheduling, communication calendars and routine production with internal and external suppliers.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, you should be organized, practical and comfortable managing many moving parts. We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in marketing coordination, events, communications, brand support or a comparable operational marketing role.
- Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage deadlines, suppliers, materials and practical logistics.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of brand consistency and quality.
- Confidence working with internal stakeholders, vendors and external production partners.
- Working proficiency in Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud applications and common digital or content platforms.
